Challenging Racism & Federal Government

We are continuing our work with the National Park Service at Fort McHenry in Baltimore, Maryland. Building on the foundational work that we did last year, we are working with the NPS staff and leadership to discover, discuss, identify, and disrupt inequities in business systems. NPS strives to tell a more complete history at Fort McHenry and to find ways that the park can be more inclusive in welcoming a more diverse constituency.
